I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I just talked to Heidi and she told me. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. We are so blessed to have the gospel in our lives and know that we can be together again some day with the ones we love. Hang in there. I'm glad for this blogging thing that we can be in touch with a touch of a few buttons.

steele life said...: Hey Melissa, Sammy just told me the news. I am so sorry about your dad! I'm glad tho that he was able to still "be here" for you to say goodbye to him. Its weird how in just a matter of minutes our life can be taken away. You and your family are in our prayers. Know that we love you, and that through our religion you will see him again. Let us know if there is anything we can do.

We'll miss you Pappa Larry

If any of you know my sweet Dad he passed away on Thursday Sept. 4 in Cedar City.
He has been a trooper with all of his heath problems, some of you know that he fell about a month ago and he got a bad concussion but he pulled through and managed to leave the hospital with Dr.'s baffled, But on Monday he slipped and fell in his house and hit soft carpet but the fell reinjured his brain and made it to were his brain started bleeding. He started to go down hill after that and by Tuesday he was in a full coma and would not respond to anything. We all dropped everything to be with him. We sat and sat waiting for him to change but Dr.'s said that it's to late that his brain injury was growing rapidly and the brain damage was to much for his poor body. So, on Thursday evening my sweet Dad left this world. I will never forget all the great memories that we have had with him. I love you Dad and We all will miss you.
